During a one-year evaluation period, IBBS tested Monolith's performance and capacity management tool against a set of stringent criteria. The tool was required to provide information that helped reduce service interruptions, deliver and prove service levels, and facilitate understanding of network capabilities in an easy-to-use, quick to deploy model.
