Ms. Grisewood and Ms. Izzo draw upon their broad Wall Street experience to bring a strong appreciation of investment cycles and market dynamics to the new Division. Ms. Grisewood, who has over 20 years experience as a life sciences analyst in addition to life science banking experience, holds a Bachelors of Science degree (Life Sciences) with Highest Honors from Ramapo College of NJ, and is a member of the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy, the Society of Biomaterials, TERMIS (the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Intl Society), in addition to membership in CFA Institute and NY Society of Security Analysts. Ms. Izzo, a graduate of New York University with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Statistics (Magna cum laude), has developed strong relationships with countless life science company managements and institutional investors over her 20 years as a trader and institutional sales person. Together, they intend to leverage a unique perspective on the industry to facilitate traditional, strategic and cross-border private and public company transactions.
