Verishow.com Announces New Features

Next-Gen Web Collaboration Solution Adds Recording, Access and Telephony Features to Enhance Usability.

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Nov. 22, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In an increasingly global business world, virtual collaboration is a crucial key to success.

This month, VeriShow.com debuted enhanced features to make online live support and real-time collaboration easy as pie, paving the way to grab market share in the rapidly growing arena of online live help.

"VeriShow makes it easy for anyone, in any field, to support customers and work with team members, whether they're in the next room or halfway around the world," says Yuval Moed, co-founder and CEO of HBR Labs, VeriShow's parent company.

 Among VeriShow's new features:

  • Session recording – VeriShow now allows users to have the ability to record all session events (excluding audio and video conversations). The session host can access recorded sessions through the Session History option under Account Activity. This feature can be useful for reviewing meeting notes or sessions with customers.
  • Invite participants with a special session number – Session hosts, such as sales reps, can now invite participants to join a VeriShow session through a unique access number. That number is available through the 'Invite New Participants' button; participants joining a session key in the number in a designated spot on the VeriShow homepage. This feature helps to escalate inbound calls for web-based, real-time assistance..
  • Telephony (Audio Conference Call) – Because Audio and Video (VoIP) capabilities of VeriShow are subjected to Internet bandwidth variations that may affect performance, VeriShow added this feature to provide participants an additional form of communication that guarantees consistency. Session hosts and participants can invite others to join a call and communicate by phone while working together in a live collaboration.

VeriShow was created by HBR Labs LLC, a global web-based collaboration services provider which this fall raised $2 million in funding from private equity investors. The capital is being used to accelerate the company's growth strategy for advanced live support, web meetings, document sharing and multi-media collaboration solutions available through VeriShow.com.

"Our users depend on us to provide easy, collaborative solutions that enhance their workplace projects and customer service," says Yuval Moed. "With clients in the financial services, healthcare and e-commerce sectors, we are seeing how valuable this real-time, everybody's-in-it-together type of collaboration is for the modern company."

VeriShow serves a wide range of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations that need an easy way to collaborate via the web with high-level impact through live support to website visitors.  VeriShow offers tools that significantly improve web-based sales, service and training, including integrated text, voice, video, document-sharing and co-editing, joint form completion and electronic signature, interactive white boards and more.

For example, sales reps can show three-dimensional product models and demonstrate use; rural doctors can share X-rays when consulting with specialists in urban centers. VeriShow's multi-media tool provides an experience that far exceeds the capability of live chat and phone, and represents the next generation of live, web-based interactions and customer service.

"With the demand for online collaboration rapidly growing, the market needs a platform that eliminates technical and installation barriers and allows people to collaborate whenever the need arises," says Mr. Moed. "We aim to revolutionize the way people bridge geographic separation and even language barriers to work together productively."

VeriShow is a 100% SaaS platform, so users don't need to download or install software; they simply click on a link to participate in a real-time, online collaboration or live customer support session.
