Accredited Members Announces Changes to Its Executive Management Team


COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Dec. 3, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Accredited Members Holding Corporation (OTCBB:ACCM) has accepted the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer Mark Labertew. Mr. Labertew resigned to pursue other business opportunities and to return to Arizona.   Mr. Labertew will help to transition his responsibilities, and also will serve as an on-going Company consultant. Effective immediately, J.W. Roth will serve as acting Chief Executive Officer and David Lavigne will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer.
