ALEXANDRIA, VA--(Marketwire - December 22, 2010) - McWilliams|Ballard announced today that the firm has been chosen by Abdo Development as the sales and marketing firm of record for Abdo's new Gaslight Square development. Located in the Rosslyn Neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia, Gaslight Square will be comprised of 3 separate four-story buildings totaling 117 private residences, each with direct elevator or ground level access.
Developed by Washington, DC-based Abdo Development, Gaslight Square is located on Clarendon Boulevard just blocks from the Rosslyn Metro station and Georgetown, and is slated to begin construction in January of 2011, with the first building and residences expected for delivery by the end of 2011. Blending contemporary and traditional styles, unique to the Arlington market, Gaslight Square will feature a mixture of lofts, flats, and two-level penthouses, ranging in size from 1,150 to over 1,900 square feet. All condominium homes have been designed to provide private outdoor space, private elevator or ground floor access, and full windows on the front and rear of every unit.
