Reference is made to prior notice regarding the private placement in Thin FilmElectronics ASA ("Thinfilm") to PARC, a Xerox Company, on 24March 2011.
The share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register ofBusiness Enterprises.
Thinfilm's registered share capital is now NOK 30,831,909.46 divided into280,290,086 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
