Jill Kalish Levy Joins Finance Group at King & Spalding


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Jun 13, 2011) - Jill Kalish Levy has joined the finance practice of King & Spalding as counsel in the New York office. Previously, she was an associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Levy represents corporate borrowers, global financial institutions, corporations, lender syndicates and private equity firms in a variety of finance transactions including loan financings and refinancings, leveraged acquisition financings, exit financings and debtor-in-possession financings, debt restructurings, leveraged buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions.

Levy received a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Columbia University.
