Twenty-Two Percent Increase in Survey Participation Provides Measurable Results and Reflects Strong Interest in Facility Use Statistics and Trends for EMS Software Users


DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Jun 14, 2011) - Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. (www.dea.com), a leader in the development of sophisticated room scheduling and event management software, announced today the completion of their second annual benchmarking survey that provides participants with valuable metrics on their meeting and event management operations.

A total of 186 customers filled out the Facilities and Services Benchmark Survey, a twenty-two percent increase in participation from last year's inaugural survey. The benchmark survey provides comparison data both within the participant's industry and across the many industries that DEA serves. While detailed results are only sent to participants, an Executive Summary is available to the public through DEA's website.
