Apogee Enhances 24-Hour Support Center With New "Call-Back" Tech Support


AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Jun 28, 2011) - Apogee, the nation's largest provider of managed residential network (ResNet) services to higher education, announced today the immediate availability of a new "call-back" feature to its state-of-the-art 24/7 support center. Apogee's support center provides comprehensive network and connectivity support for desktop and laptop computers, as well as all the network-enabled devices that students bring to campus. Beginning this month, students who are connected to Apogee's nationwide network can simply send a text message to the Apogee support center and schedule a return call at their convenience.

Recently, the support center was renovated to accommodate an ever-growing team of support team members and upgraded to feature an all-digital Voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone system capable of quickly scaling to meet the needs of Apogee's rapidly expanding customer base.
