More than 200 Giving Organizations Participating in Value-Added Service and Training Program

Client Care is a premium client ownership program for organizations using MicroEdge’s foundation and grants management solutions. This optional program is designed to help clients fully optimize the way they work through additional education and training, premium support and service, and access to software updates and major upgrades for the products they license or subscribe to. Client Care is built on the company’s successful Maintenance & Support program that delivers best-in-class service, support and product updates backed by high rates of client participation and satisfaction.

The Client Care program is the direct result of feedback from more than 2,100 conversations with the MicroEdge user community to obtain greater insight about what they need to be more successful.  Overwhelmingly, clients expressed a desire to leverage their MicroEdge system more effectively, while being able to more easily plan and budget for these services.
