(OTC Markets Group:EGAM) has announced that Mike Andrews has joined its social game development team. Andrews will design the innovative nostalgic automobile component of Entertainment Games' upcoming social game being developed on the company's proprietary Heyday platform.

Mike Andrews brings over twenty-five years experience as an innovator in the toy industry with a special focus on car-related products. He embarked on his twenty-six year career at Mattel, designing on the Hot Wheels product line. He rose in the ranks to become a team leader of Mattel's Advance Concept Group, where he oversaw the designs of many licensed toys for Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers, and, most notably, Pixar's Cars toy car line. As technology in toys advanced, Andrews began designing the user experience for several animatronic and digital products. Since departing Mattel, Andrews founded Andrews Design, which provides design, market research, and innovative product toy concepts to clients worldwide. He also teaches hands-on design for the Product and Toy Design Departments at Otis College of Art and Design and lectures at other Southern California art colleges.

"I had the pleasure of working hands-on on with Mike Andrews on a Mattel project in 2005," said F.J. Lennon, CCO of Entertainment Games. "I was quickly overwhelmed by Mike's unbridled passion for cars on both professional and personal levels. When we began envisioning a multi-decade car customization feature for our new social game, I knew Mike would be the perfect person to bring an equal blend of authenticity and fun to the experience," added Lennon.

After decades in the toy industry, Mike Andrews commented on his entre into the social gaming space, saying, "It is invigorating to focus my lifelong passion for cars and hot rods in an entirely new direction by designing an innovative customization and social game experience. Players will be enthralled, amused, and hopefully addicted to the eternal quest for the ultimate dream car."
