ABC Group Announces a Global Alliance With Japan's INOAC Corporation

Continued Strengthening of Our Global Capabilities


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 12, 2011) - ABC Group Inc., today announced the signing of a global alliance agreement with Japan's INOAC Corporation. This agreement will target global customer programs and allow both parties to strengthen our respective global capabilities by leveraging our complementary manufacturing footprints, technologies and customer relationships. Both parties will also engage in joint research & development projects to further strengthen our respective product portfolios.
