Hundreds of Sales and Customer Service Jobs Added at Alorica

Company Looking to Hire Over 800 in 4th Quarter 2011


CUTLER BAY, FL--(Marketwire - Oct 14, 2011) - Alorica, one of the premier providers of outsourced customer contact management services, announced it plans to add permanent and seasonal employees to its workforce in Florida to support multiple clients. The company will be hiring over 800 employees for its PRC subsidiary by the end of the year to take inbound customer service calls at its Cutler Bay facility. Workers will be supporting new business growth and helping with the expansion of current contractual work. Full-time, part-time and bilingual workers are needed.

The sales and customer service agents will be provided paid training and will start at $9.00 per hour while in production with an opportunity to make additional incentives through a performance bonus program. Employees need a high school diploma (or GED), general computer knowledge, and sales or customer service skills in order to be considered for employment.
