Reference is made to prior notices regarding the exercise of Warrants in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") in the period 3 - 14 October 2011. Following receipt of payments, the share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will be delivered in the VPS as soon as practical.
Thinfilm's registered share capital is now NOK 33,499,849.46 divided into 304,544,086 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11. 23,064,000 Warrants B remain outstanding (exercisable in the period 1 to 12 October 2012).
