Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) Announces a Call for Nominations for Its 2012 Energy Awards Program


PHOENIX, Nov. 16, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nominations are open for AESP's 2012 Energy Awards Program. The awards will be presented during the opening plenary at AESP's 22nd National Conference & Expo, February 6-9, 2012 in San Diego, Ca.

AESP is pleased to announce the newest addition to its existing award categories – AESP's "One to Watch" Award. This award will be presented to a young professional (under the age of 30) who has demonstrated leadership and made measurable achievements at his/her company. This is AESP's newest way of reaching out to, and encouraging, the next generation of leaders in the energy services field. AESP's Energy Awards program recognizes excellence in the energy services field in the following categories:

  • Outstanding Energy Efficient Technology Deployment of the Year
  • Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Communications
  • Outstanding Achievement in Market Research and Evaluation
  • Outstanding Achievement in Pricing and Demand Response
  • Outstanding Achievement in Energy Program Design and Implementation (Residential and Commercial/Industrial)
  • B. H. Prasad Award for Outstanding Contribution to AESP (individual award)
  • NEW! AESP's "One to Watch" Award for Outstanding Achievement by a young professional
