Saul Schottenstein Foundation B Makes a Grant to Jewish Funders Network

CINCINNATI, Dec. 19, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Saul Schottenstein Foundation B has made a grant to Jewish Funders Network (the "JFN"), in support of JFN Peer Network. The contribution is part of a two-year pledge to be used to establish the JFN Peer Network and to provide for a director for a two-year period.

The JFN Peer Network was established to build a network of foundations and/or funders for special needs related causes. The JFN Peer Network consists of fourteen (14) foundations which are currently making grants for special needs services.

Jeffrey P. Harris, Saul Schottenstein's nephew and a trustee of the foundation, believes the contribution furthers the foundation's mission to partner with organizations that foster human acceptance, organic oneness of life, and helping people experience their common humanity.

The Saul Schottenstein Foundation B was established in 2009 by the Estate of Saul S. Schottenstein. Visit the Saul Schottenstein Foundation B Web site at www.saulschottensteinfoundationb.org.
