The schedule of Tekla Corporation's financial information is the following

- 2011 financial statements bulletin on Wednesday February 29
- 1-3/2012 interim report on Thursday, May 31
- 1-6/2012 interim report on Friday, August 31
- 1-9/2012 interim report on Friday, November 30.

The Annual Report 2011 will be published on week 17/2012.
Tekla's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Friday, June 29, 2012.



Trimble Finland Oy has initiated arbitration proceedings concerning the
redemption of the minority shares in Tekla. The Listing Committee of NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd has on December 8, 2011 made a conditional decision to delist
Tekla's shares from the official list once the title to all shares in Tekla has
been transferred to Trimble Finland Oy in the redemption proceedings. Due to the
redemption proceedings being currently pending, Tekla intends to file an
exemption application to the Financial Supervisory Authority concerning the duty
to publish financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the
financial statements bulletin, and the annual summary from the year 2011. An
exemption will also be sought from the duty to publish an interim report from
the first three months of 2012. The possible granting of an exemption shall be
announced separately.
