PHOENIX, Feb. 13, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Michael Stockard, Director of Energy Efficiency for Oncor, received the Association of Energy Services Professionals' highest honor, the B.H. Prasad Award, at AESP's 22nd National Conference being held this week in San Diego, CA.
