The bidding will begin at 10am local time at Cummins Park, corner of Salt Creek Drive and Elk Ridge Drive in Mannford, Okla. There are six tracts up for bid in the Pelican Point sub-division, consisting of vacant building or expansion lots zoned RS-1 single family residential. The average lot size is approximately 15,345 sq. ft. with frontages from 48 to 212 feet.
Part two of the auction bidding will be conducted at 11:30am local time at the corner of Hillside Drive and Elm Street in Mannford, Okla., in the Parkview Addition. Up for bid are seven tracts of vacant building lots averaging 9,612 sq. ft. with frontages ranging from 50 to 136 feet.
Part three of the bidding will begin at 2:30pm local time at the Keystone Keys sub-division on Keystone Lake in Mannford, Okla. Up for bid are six tracts consisting of building lots and heavy timber.
The final property will be up for bid at the corner of North Peoria and E. 76th Street in Turley, Okla., at 6pm local time. This property consists of approximately 50.6 acres offered in two tracts. Located seven miles North of downtown Tulsa, this property offers good class II and III bottomland ground for cropland, but is currently grass pasture. Tract one is zoned agricultural while tract two is zoned RMH residential manufactured home.
