Dundee Hills Holdings Promotes Dave Netz to Chief Operating Officer

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - Apr 4, 2012) - Dundee Hills Holdings, the public relations agency group that owns Wall Street Communications, 202 Communications, InGear PR, and Redpines, today announced that it has appointed Dave Netz as its Chief Operating Officer. Netz previously served as Vice President of Marketing Services for Wall Street Communications, which he joined in 2004.

"Dave's promotion represents a significant milestone for Dundee Hills and testifies to the growth of our organization into something greater than the sum of its parts," said Chris Lesieutre, Dundee Hills Holdings CEO. "Dave has been an instrumental part of the organization to this point, and the new COO role will allow him to help us further, utilizing his skills in managing people, developing processes, and measuring and analyzing results."

Over his 23-year career, Netz has gained extensive expertise in business planning, marketing management, public relations, venture capital, and international business development. Prior to joining Wall Street Communications, he served for four years as vice president, marketing and planning, for Encoda Systems (formerly Columbine JDS, now part of Harris). He rapidly expanded global marketing programs at Encoda, during which time the company more than doubled in size in less than four years, emerging as one of the five largest vendors in the worldwide broadcast equipment market. Wall Street Communications provided international PR services during this period of rapid expansion.

Prior to Encoda, Netz developed international operations and sales for Peak Performance Technologies, a motion measurement system provider; managed a global venture capital fund for a leading European investment bank; and provided strategic planning and management consulting services for a variety of other firms and industries. He holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Masters of Technology Management from the University of Denver.

"This is an exciting time for Dundee Hills Holdings, with virtually unlimited potential as we build on the success of our foundation businesses and explore new avenues for growth," said Netz. "I look forward to working with the founding partners as we strengthen operations and apply new business models that will smooth the way for our company's future expansion."

Netz is based in Denver and reports to Lesieutre.
