Infusion Brands International Expands Relationship With HSN

Continues Domestic and Live Shopping Expansion


CLEARWATER, Fla., May 22, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Infusion Brands International (INBI.PK) is increasing its presence on live television shopping with the airing of a new brand. The global consumer products company recently received acceptance from HSN into the cleaning category for its DOC (Doctor of Clean) cleaning brand.

DOC will make its first airing on HSN in the US and on TSC in Canada in the third quarter. Infusion Brands has previously done business with other live television shopping channels around the world such as HSN (US), The Shopping Channel (Canada), HSE24 (Germany), IdealWorld (UK) and QVC (Italy, UK and America).

DOC will make its live television shopping debut with the launch of three products: an all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth and Drain Doctor drain cleaner, the brand's flagship product. All DOC products are EPA- and DfE- (Designed for the Environment) approved, designations for which only one percent of products qualify. Drain Doctor is the first EPA-approved drain cleaner. Its patented formula gives consumers the industrial strength power of a military-grade cleaner with the assurance that the product they're using is also non-toxic and safe for the environment.

A $3 billion interactive multi-channel retailer, HSN is one of the leaders in the live shopping industry. The direct-to-consumer company broadcasts live 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 364 days a year, reaching approximately 96 million homes.

Infusion Brands holds worldwide exclusive rights to manufacture and sell all consumer goods relative to the DOC brand. DOC's first airing is planned for August of this year.
