BrightPoint Americas Announces Comprehensive Distribution and Services Agreements With Duracell Powermat


INDIANAPOLIS, June 19, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brightpoint, Inc. ("BrightPoint") (Nasdaq:CELL), a global leader in providing device lifecycle services to the wireless and high-tech industries, today announced that its subsidiary, Brightpoint North America L.P. ("BrightPoint Americas"), has entered into a distribution agreement and services agreement with Duracell Powermat, LLC ("Duracell Powermat").

Under the terms of the agreements, BrightPoint Americas will provide a comprehensive, end-to-end suite of product lifecycle services for Duracell Powermat's branded wireless charging products, including receivers, mats, bundles and accessories throughout the United States, including retail distribution, portfolio management, transportation management, reverse logistics and a hosted e-commerce solution to support end user consumer sales and fulfillment.
