King & Spalding Boosts Global Disputes Practice

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Aug 27, 2012) -  King & Spalding has recruited Erika Serran Toussaint to join its global disputes practice as a counsel in its Houston office as the firm continues to expand its international investment treaty and cross-border commercial disputes practice in the United States and abroad, the firm announced today.

Toussaint, who relocated to Houston from Washington, D.C. in 2011, formerly worked at White & Case, where her practice focused on investor-state arbitration, commercial arbitration as well as commercial litigation and compliance. She received a J.D. degree from Yale Law School and a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
