(Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced SS&C GlobeOp has successfully filed the initial Form PF for clients using its Form PF service offering. August 29th was the first deadline for funds of over $5 billion in regulatory assets under management (RAUM) to file Form PF with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The required Form PF filing information includes portfolio, performance, investor and risk data, with as many as 1,600 data points per reporting fund. The SS&C GlobeOp offering supplies the technology, resources and expertise to streamline the Form PF reporting process. The web-based solution supports complex fund structures, and multiple asset types and data sources. SS&C GlobeOp's Form PF solution can be used by current fund administration clients or on a stand-alone basis by funds who use third party administrators or administer in-house.
