NightCulture, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Full Access and Entry Into Dallas, TX Market


HOUSTON, Sept. 21, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NightCulture, Inc. (OTCBB:NGHT) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Full Access, a leading EDM event promoter and producer in Dallas, Texas.

In connection with the acquisition, Jeremy Word, the co-owner/operator of Full Access, has joined the NightCulture team as an employee overseeing NightCulture's entry into, and operations in, the Dallas market and Brooke Humphries, the other co-owner/operator of Full Access, will service as a consultant to NightCulture in the Dallas market.
