LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Oct 22, 2012) -  Southern ITS International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ALCD) today announced that the company has retained the accounting firm of Cronin & Company (CPAOB-Registered Firm) to complete a financial audit of the Company. This will facilitate Southern ITS International, Inc. in becoming a fully reporting Company and potentially being listed on the OTC-QB.
