Hurricane Sandy was the largest Atlantic hurricane on record, causing numerous deaths and considerable damage along the U.S. Atlantic Coast as well as the Caribbean. This disaster will impact the lives of millions for many months and years to come. In times like these the value of the philanthropic community is undeniable, as giving organizations of all types step up to unite individuals and local

organizations to assist in the relief and recovery efforts. As a partner to the giving community, MicroEdge is working to facilitate its clients' response to this disaster by offering programs that make it easier to assist victims. Below are four programs that MicroEdge is offering to clients that are able to assist in the Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

Complimentary Matching GIFTS Program

Matching GIFTS programs are set up by organizations to enable their staff to provide financial support for the causes they care about, which the organization will then match. In the aftermath of a disaster, many individuals want to help support relief efforts. For this offer, GIFTS clients that currently license the Matching GIFTS module can obtain one additional Matching GIFTS program at no charge, allowing them to set up an employee program to match charitable contributions to the Hurricane Sandy relief effort. In addition, MicroEdge will offer one hour of assistance to help clients set up the additional Matching GIFTS program. This offer is available to GIFTS clients that currently license the Matching GIFTS module.

Assistance in Setting up Online Applications for Hurricane Relief Support

Many local nonprofit organizations are already on the ground lending support to the hurricane relief effort, and they need additional funding to meet victims' needs. With this program, MicroEdge clients who currently license or subscribe to MicroEdge online application products can obtain two hours of complimentary services to help them set up additional online applications to accept requests for relief funding. This offer is available to clients using IGAM for FIMS, IGAM for GIFTS, or Online Applications in GIFTS Online.

MicroEdge is pleased to partner with Kimbia® to provide MicroEdge clients with an online fundraising form that can be personalized with their own logo and incorporated into their website to raise additional funds for the relief effort. Clients can facilitate donations for up to three designated charities - The American Red Cross, New York Cares, and/or Jersey Cares. Donations are processed through the Austin Community Foundation to keep administration as simple as possible for MicroEdge's clients.Any MicroEdge client that wishes to set up an online donation form can do so free of charge.

Free Assistance to FIMS Clients in Areas Impacted by Hurricane Sandy

Many MicroEdge clients using the FIMS foundation information management system are located in areas directly impacted by the storm and may need assistance to maintain their normal business procedures and complete their end-of-year processes. To help those clients MicroEdge is offering them the ability to have a copy of their FIMS database placed on the MicroEdge FIMS Host*Net service--MicroEdge's fully hosted, online version of FIMS.
