(Nasdaq:EPAX), a leading provider of educational travel experiences and online education research materials, today announced that its Board of Directors has suspended the Company's quarterly dividend to preserve liquidity and enhance the Company's financial flexibility. This action will result in cash savings of approximately $4 million annually.
