Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") held its annual general meeting on 8 May 2013. 48.7 percent of the shares were represented.
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the notice of the meeting. Morten Opstad was re-elected as chairman of the board for a new term of two years. Rita Glenne and Rolf Åberg were re-elected as board members for a new term of two years, while Margareta Josefsson will continue as board member for the second year of her term. In addition, Tor Mesøy and Preeti Mardia were elected as new board members for a term of two years. Consequently, the new board consists of six members: Morten Opstad (chairman), Rolf Åberg, Margareta Josefsson, Rita Glenne, Tor Mesøy and Preeti Mardia.
