Gaines is the latest addition to the Americas sales leadership team, which Mitel continues to grow under Joe Vitalone, executive vice president of sales for the Americas.

Prior to that, Tim was vice president of sales at Covad Communications (now MegaPath), and general manager for a U.S. subsidiary of Fujitsu.
