Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of certain primary insiders in Thinfilm.
Following the annual general meeting of Thinfilm on 8 May 2013, the board members Rita Glenne, Margareta Josefsson and William R. Salaneck (who stepped down from the board 8 May 2013) elected to receive a part of the board remuneration in shares. This means that Rita Glenne, Margareta Josefsson and William R. Salaneck will each acquire 28,000 shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.11 per share in lieu of a board remuneration of NOK 58,100.
Following this transaction, Ms. Glenne and close associates will hold or control 67,000 shares. Similarly, Ms. Josefsson will hold or control 78,000 shares and Mr. Salaneck will hold or control 216,400 shares.
