J.D. Power & Associates Ranks Beneficial Bank Highest Customer Satisfaction With Retail Banking in the Mid-Atlantic Region


PHILADELPHIA, May 20, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Beneficial Bank, the oldest and largest bank headquartered in Philadelphia, today announced that J.D. Power & Associates, a global marketing information company that represents the voice of the customer, has awarded the bank "Highest Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking in the Mid-Atlantic Region."

Each year, J.D. Power & Associates surveys more than 50,000 consumers covering various aspects of their banking experience, measuring their satisfaction levels in six factors: account information; channel activities; facility; fees; problem resolution; and product offerings. Beneficial Bank ranked highest in the Mid-Atlantic region with a score of 839 (out of a possible 1,000) and performed particularly well in the product offerings, account information and channel activities factors.
