Reference is made to prior notice dated 10 May 2013 regarding board remuneration in the form of shares in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm").
Following receipt of payments, the share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 40,266,368.12 divided into 366,057,892 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
