Hill brings deep channel expertise to Mitel's sales leadership team, which continues to expand under Joe Vitalone, executive vice president of sales for the Americas.

Hill joins Mitel from LifeSize, a division of Logitech, where she led the Americas channel program and distribution. Prior to that she was in charge of channel development for ShoreTel and Fonality. She also founded and successfully ran several companies including large value-added reseller businesses. Hill has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing (MBA) from California Polytechnic State University.
