(Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced it has appointed Timothy Reilly as senior vice president of institutional outsourcing for its Institutional Services division. Mr. Reilly will leverage his extensive technology and financial experience to oversee SS&C's institutional outsourcing division and lead efforts to enhance its presence in the insurance and asset management markets. This includes 19 years as assurance partner at leading international accounting firm, PwC.

Institutional outsourcing is an integral part of SS&C's Software-Enabled-Services (SES) offerings which have over US$1.6 trillion in assets residing in over 7,000 funds worldwide.

Mr. Reilly also has extensive financial management experience with various client organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to smaller entrepreneurial organizations. He is a graduate of Clarkson University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, Mr. Reilly has been recognized for his contribution to the technology community for his roles in a variety of technology related organizations.
