Kathy Zirker-Smith Joins ABILITY as Executive Vice President and Bud Meadows is Promoted to Chief Revenue Officer


MINNEAPOLIS, June 20, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ABILITY Network Inc. announced today that Kathy Zirker-Smith has joined the management team as Executive Vice President in charge of managing strategic projects corporate wide. ABILITY is also pleased to recognize the promotion of Bud Meadows to the position of Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President.

Ms. Zirker-Smith brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to ABILITY, encompassing many facets of the healthcare industry, including healthcare information technology services. For the past 12 years Kathy has managed a successful consulting business that focused on strategy development to support the adoption of new technologies by healthcare providers. Previously, Kathy spent six years in Corporate Strategy at McKesson and worked as a strategist at Kaiser Permanente.

Ms. Zirker-Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Texas, a Graduate Degree Diploma in International Business from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and earned an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
