CBSA Telephone Reporting Centre is Experiencing a Service Disruption

HAMILTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 20, 2013) - At this time the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) National Telephone Reporting Centre (TRC) is experiencing a service disruption and small vessels and private aircraft reporting in may encounter delays.

Due to inclement weather on July 19 the TRC telephone and power lines were adversely affected. We are working diligently to return to full capacity. The CBSA would like to remind you that every vessel and private aircraft entering Canada must comply with the law and report to the CBSA by calling 1-888-CANPASS (1-888-226-7277).

The CBSA is committed to the safety and security of all Canadians. We thank you for your patience as we work with our partners to restore full reporting capacity as quickly as possible.
