Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") held its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") on 2 October 2013. 36.79 percent of the shares were represented.
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the notice of the meeting.
Following the EGM, Thinfilm's share capital is NOK 46,543,243.12 divided into 423,120,392 shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
