Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") -"the Company"- issue this Notice on behalf of Honeychurch Assets Limited ("Honeychurch").
Reference is made to the company's announcement on 6th September 2013 regarding Invesco Asset Management Limited investing NOK 140 million in Thinfilm. Following the 2nd October 2013 EGM approval, Thinfilm's share capital amounts to 423,120,392 shares.
As a result of the Company EGM, the Honeychurch Thinfilm holding is 20,636,276 shares and this fell below the 5% threshold and now is corresponding to 4.87 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of Thinfilm.
