Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm" or "Company") issues this notice on behalf Invesco Asset Management Limited acting as agent for an on behalf of the Invesco Perpetual Income Fund and Invesco Perpetual High Income Fund ( www.invesco.com).
Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 6 September 2013 regarding
Invesco Perpetual Income Fund and Invesco Perpetual High Income Fund investing NOK 140 million in Thinfilm and the announcement on 2 October 2013 confirming that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") has approved the share and warrant issue.
Following the EGM Invesco Perpetual Income Fund and Invesco Perpetual High Income Fund have subscribed for 56,000,000 shares in Thinfilm and consequently controls 13.2 % of the outstanding share capital and votes in the Company.
In addition, Invesco Perpetual Income Fund and Invesco Perpetual High Income Fund have subscribed for 46,666,666 warrants at NOK 3.00 per share exercisable at any time between 2 October 2014 and 2 October 2016, after which they will expire and no longer be exercisable.
