Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 6 September 2013 regarding Invesco Perpetual Income Fund and Invesco Perpetual High Income Fund investing NOK 140 million in Thinfilm and the announcement on 2 October 2013 confirming that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") has approved the share and warrant issue.
Following receipt of payment, the share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 46,543,243.12 divided into 423,120,392 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
