Reference is made to the notice published by the Company on 8 October 2013 regarding the completed private placement of 56,000,000 new shares.
The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved the following prospectus on 8 October 2013: Prospectus in connection with the admission to trading on Oslo Axess of 56,000,000 shares issued in the private placement resolved on 2 October 2013, each share having a par value of NOK 0.11.
