25 October 2013 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements of 24 September 2013 regarding the mandatory offer (the "Offer") from Dyer Coriat Holding S.L. ("DCH" or "Offeror") to purchase all the outstanding shares in Camposol Holding Plc ("Camposol" or the "Company") that are not already owned by the DCH, at an offer price of NOK 25 per share (the "Offer") and the stock exchange announcement of 24 October 2013 regarding the preliminary result in the Offer.
Additional acceptances for 10 shares were received on 24 October 2013 that the Offeror decided to accept as stipulated in section 4.4 of the offer document dated 24 September 2013. This brings the accumulated total of received acceptances in the Offer to 4,972,910 shares.
Following completion of the Offer, the Offeror will hold 26,979,407 shares in the Company, representing 90.43% of all the issued shares of the Company.
The final result is expected to be announced on Monday 28 October 2013.
