Reference is made to the following three Company announcements: (i) on 31 October 2013 regarding Invesco funds investing an additional $24 million in Thinfilm, (ii) on 30 October 2013 regarding PARC, a Xerox Company, increasing its shareholding in Thinfilm and (iii) on 30 October 2013 regarding a share issue to a former employee.
Following receipt of payments, the share capital increases have been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increases, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 51,743,996.59 divided into 470,399,969 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
