NGSG Celebrates at the New York Stock Exchange

Natural Gas Services Group (NYSE:NGS) will commemorate the fifth anniversary of their listing on the New York Stock Exchange and the fifteenth year of their founding by ringing the Closing Bell® at the NYSE on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 4 pm EST. NGS went public through an IPO on the former American Stock Exchange in 2002 and moved their listing to the NYSE in 2008. Since listing on the NYSE, NGS has grown to be one of the largest providers of gas compression equipment to the industry and market capitalization has grown from approximately $130 million to $350 million presently.
