SAN DIEGO, Feb. 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MIR3, Inc., the innovator of real-time Intelligent Notification (IN™) and response technology, today announced the successful launch of its first MIR3 User Group Conference 2014 that took place on January 26, 27 and 28. The conference took place in San Diego and was attended by prominent representatives of companies that included major energy suppliers, renowned institutions of higher education, as well as the hospitality, finance, information technology and healthcare sectors.
The first annual MIR3 User Group Conference 2014 was designed to make it easy for attendees to network and collaborate with each other. Each day they were provided with opportunities to share stories of their use of the Intelligent Notification platform to meet business needs. Customer case studies illustrated use cases for notification in managed services, IT alerting, supply chain management, employee notification, business continuity and campus alerting. Customers were treated to product demonstrations and other activities.
The MIR3 executive management team shared a vision of where they saw the notification industry moving and they plan to enhance products to meet future challenges. Attendees had the opportunity to respond and give voice to the challenges their particular businesses are facing and offer suggestions on how to best address those concerns. MIR3 executives that addressed the crowd included Amir Moussavian, CEO; Rene Grossrieder, EVP Worldwide Sales; Frank Mahdavi, Chief Strategy Officer and Ann Pickren, SVP Enterprise Solutions.
As well as customer case studies, attendees were treated to in-depth training, birds-of-a-feather breakout sessions, the opportunity to vote for future feature development and, of course, fine food and entertainment throughout the event.
