SAN DIEGO, Feb. 18, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MIR3, Inc., the innovator of real-time Intelligent Notification (IN™) and response technology, today announced a webinar to demonstrate the outstanding capabilities of the MIR3 RBA Integrator, a run book automation tool designed to help customers integrate automated notification into existing and legacy IT service management (ITSM) applications and business processes. The webinar will explain how MIR3 customers can use RBA Integrator to simplify the integration of mass notification for the Intelligent Notification and TelAlert® products lines, strengthening infrastructure and providing more value when automating business operations and IT processes.

The RBA Integrator webinar takes place on February 26, 2014 at 11:00am PT/2:00pm ET. Registration is required, though there is no charge to join.

RBA Integrator uses run book automation to integrate notification technology with existing applications, allowing two-way communication between applications and any on-call personnel who need information quickly. When a recipient responds to an alert, the system recognizes them and allows them to initiate an action with their response, such as restart a server, start additional notifications or execute other commands. Responses can be logged back to IT systems or other applications for full accountability. RBA Integrator provides workflow logic so you can fine-tune the interactions between applications and notification to communicate more effectively.

RBA Integrator gives users an easy way to integrate notification with major ITSM tools and any other internal applications. It provides a complete set of flexible, pre-defined building blocks for creating and deploying notification within existing applications and providing intelligent workflow, rule-based logic flow control and branching. Based on user-provided settings, RBA Integrator can determine who should be contacted, how to reach them, and what actions to take when they do (or don't) respond, logging results to internal systems to provide full visibility at all times.
