DiNella Hospitality Invests in Cheesie's Pub & Grub's Newest Wicker Park Location

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Mar 27, 2014) - DiNella Hospitality, LLC announced today that it has made a significant investment in Cheesie's Pub & Grub's newest location, opening this summer in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. Since Cheesie's opened its first location in 2011, the restaurant has continued to receive rave reviews from families, late night diners and media alike. Most notably, in 2013, Esquire Magazine recognized Cheesie's for serving the "most life-changing grilled cheese in America."

Created by Chris Johnston, the concept has grown quickly, doubling the size of its first restaurant in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago only a few months after opening. Shortly thereafter, Johnston opened an outlet in Evanston near Northwestern's campus and in mid-2013, launched the Cheesie's food truck which has found great success.

The next installment of Cheesie's Pub & Grub will be in the Chicago's bustling Wicker Park neighborhood and will include a stand-alone second bar called Whiskey Business as well as the first rooftop bar in the neighborhood.
