Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 8 May 2014. 18.81 per cent of the shares were represented.
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the notice of the meeting.
Following the EGM, Thinfilm's share capital is NOK 52,455,413.56 divided into 476,867,396 shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
