Reference is made to the announcement on 9 May 2014 regarding a share issue in relation with the 2013 Board remuneration.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 52,468,641.50 divided into 476,987,650 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
